  • Once you’ve completed your purchase, contact our Reception team to make a booking or if you have any questions on 01568 708369

  • Once purchased, a trial flight voucher pack will be posted first class to you in a plain envelope so it won’t give the surprise away if it’s a gift for someone in your own household!

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be handed in on the day of the flight. A six month extension can be purchased for £30.00 whilst the voucher is in date.

  • Refunds are only available for the original purchaser for 3 months from the date of issue. A £10.00 administration fee is applicable on all refunds.

  • The voucher must be handed in on the day of the flight.
